30th Ward Republicans · Philadelphia
Neighbors First, Philly Always.
Our focus is Philadelphia, not national politics. Wards exist to carry our neighbors' concerns to city and state representatives, so the issues on our blocks get heard and get help.
Something on your block that needs attention? Tell us about it.
Division
Tap a division to see its polling place and seats.
Every division in the 30th has two Republican committee seats, filled by neighbors who know the block. We are building that community one street at a time, and there is room for you in it.
Counts from the 2026 primary results plus appointments since.

Who we are
17 divisions. 34 seats. One ward leader.
Every division in the 30th gets two Republican committee people, and Scott leads them all. Call it our division of labor. The 30th Ward Republican Committee organizes Republicans in Graduate Hospital and Southwest Center City for the Grand Old Party, block by block. For the citywide party, visit the Philadelphia Republican Party (Philly GOP). See our 17 divisions on the map.

Ward Leader
Scott Cohen
Scott leads the 30th Ward Republican Committee. His focus is simple: a committee person in every division, and a Republican at every polling place in the ward on Election Day. In the neighborhood, Scott serves as Vice Chairman of the South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA) board and on its zoning committee.

Chairman · Committeemember, Division 4
Shirah Brown
Shirah is Chairman of the 30th Ward Republican Committee, represents Division 4, and is Scott's right hand (pun intended). She runs the ward's operations and communications, and is happy to walk you through what a seat involves.
